there is a few things to consider:
1. foreplay - for girl who does not climax easily, a prolonged foreplay can "prepare" her better to enjoy the actual sex session.
2. atmosphere - do not press her to climax, it has to be relaxed and natural. If she keep trying to come to please you, she cannot enjoy
3. defy her from sex for some time - do not have sex with her but keep getting her turned on, increase her desire before actually have sex. I mean a few days, not a few hours. However, during those time keep showing her adult movies (for girls, movie with a story line is better than just xxx fucking movie) or get her to read some stories. However, only touch and kiss, no sex. Must get her to want it but not getting it.
4. find out her sexual fantasy, and what turns her on. Act it out when you actually have sex. It can be a role play, or a special place to do it.
